Terms of Service for Cirql

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cirql mobile application ("App") provided by Yunus Emre Çağan.

By downloading, installing, or using Cirql, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the App.

1. License Grant and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use Cirql for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App,
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App,
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App,
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures, content locks, or purchase mechanisms.

2. User Accounts and Conduct

• If you register an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• In-Person & Social Conduct: Cirql is a party game intended for social gatherings. Players are solely responsible for their own interpersonal interactions, behavior, and any user-generated names or inputs during gameplay.
• You agree not to use the App in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for content you share publicly. Insults, hate speech, harassment, discrimination and sexual content about real people are not tolerated. You can report objectionable content and block its creator in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the accounts that posted it are banned.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Digital Products: Cirql may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable game content, game packs, or auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Features").
• Billing and Payments: All payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms and conditions. Prices are determined in the local currency of your store account and include applicable taxes.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Subscriptions settings or Google Play Account settings.
• Refund Policy: All purchase and refund requests are subject to the policies of the platform provider (Apple or Google). The Developer has no direct authority to issue refunds for transactions made through the platform stores.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Cirql—including its software code, game mechanics, visual interfaces, graphics, icons, animations, audio elements, text, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of [Company / Developer Name] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

Cirql is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be bug-free, secure, or compatible with all devices and operating system updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall [Company / Developer Name] be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country / Jurisdiction, e.g., the Republic of Turkey], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
